Welcome to CoachSLY. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CoachSLY website, mobile app, services, content, features, subscriptions, and related products.

By accessing or using CoachSLY, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website, app, or services.

1. ABOUT COACHSLY

CoachSLY is an AI powered workout and training platform designed to provide structured, scalable, progression based workouts for real life athletes. The service may generate personalized training sessions based on user inputs such as fitness level, equipment, workout duration, body focus, workout history, PR data, limitations, and feedback.

CoachSLY is built to help users reduce guesswork, train with more structure, and stay consistent. It is not a replacement for a doctor, licensed medical professional, physical therapist, personal trainer, or emergency service.

2. HEALTH AND FITNESS DISCLAIMER

You understand and agree that physical exercise involves risk. This includes, but is not limited to, muscle soreness, strains, sprains, falls, overtraining, aggravation of existing conditions, injury, or in rare cases, serious medical events.

Before starting any workout program, using CoachSLY, or following any workout generated by the service, you should consult a qualified medical professional, especially if you have any medical condition, injury, pain, physical limitation, heart condition, pregnancy, recent surgery, or any concern about your ability to exercise safely.

CoachSLY does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation plans, physical therapy, or injury specific medical guidance. Any workout, recommendation, substitution, progression, or adjustment generated by CoachSLY is for general fitness and informational purposes only.

You are responsible for listening to your body, scaling exercises appropriately, stopping immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest pain, or abnormal discomfort, and seeking medical assistance when needed.

3. AI GENERATED CONTENT

CoachSLY uses artificial intelligence to generate workout programming, training suggestions, motivational text, adjustments, notes, and related content.

AI generated content may not always be accurate, complete, suitable, safe, or appropriate for your personal condition, ability, equipment, environment, or goals. You agree to review every workout carefully before performing it.

You are responsible for deciding whether a workout, movement, load, intensity, time target, or progression is appropriate for you. If something feels unsafe, unclear, too advanced, or unsuitable, do not perform it.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITY

By using CoachSLY, you agree that you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about your fitness level, equipment, limitations, injuries, PRs, and workout feedback.
  • Using proper form and technique during training.
  • Choosing safe weights, scaling options, and intensity levels.
  • Training in a safe environment with appropriate space and equipment.
  • Stopping exercise if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
  • Seeking professional guidance when needed.

CoachSLY is designed to support training decisions, not to make final safety decisions for you.

5. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country, to use CoachSLY without supervision.

If you are under 18, you may only use CoachSLY with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

6. ACCOUNTS AND LOGIN

Some features of CoachSLY may require you to create an account or sign in through a third party authentication provider such as Google or Firebase.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the service, attempt to abuse free or paid features, interfere with the app, or engage in unlawful activity.

CoachSLY Pro may include additional features such as advanced workout adjustments, progression logic, PR tracking, workout history, training insights, advanced constraints, more workout credits, and an ad free experience.

Feature availability, credit limits, pricing, and subscription benefits may change over time. Any changes will be reflected in the app, website, store listing, or subscription page.

8. SUBSCRIPTIONS, PAYMENTS, AND BILLING

Paid features may be offered through subscriptions or in app purchases. Payments may be processed by third party platforms such as Google Play, Apple App Store, RevenueCat, or other payment providers.

Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment disputes are handled according to the rules of the platform or payment provider used for the purchase.

You are responsible for managing your subscription through the platform where you purchased it. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.

9. WORKOUT CREDITS AND USAGE LIMITS

CoachSLY may use monthly workout credits or usage limits. Credits may vary between free and paid plans.

Credits may reset on a monthly basis and may not roll over unless specifically stated. We reserve the right to modify credit limits, reset logic, or usage rules as the service evolves.

The free version of CoachSLY may display ads. Ads may be provided by third party advertising networks, including Google Mobile Ads or similar services.

CoachSLY may also use third party services for authentication, analytics, payments, crash reporting, subscriptions, database storage, artificial intelligence processing, and app functionality.

Your use of third party services may also be subject to their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

11. PRIVACY

16. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep CoachSLY available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error free, or always available service.

The service may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, third party outages, internet problems, app store issues, AI provider limits, payment provider issues, or other factors outside our control.

17. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE

We may update, modify, add, remove, or discontinue features at any time. This may include changes to workout generation, Pro features, pricing, credit limits, ads, design, AI models, or progression logic.

We are not liable for changes, suspensions, or discontinuation of any part of the service.

18. DISCLAIMERS

CoachSLY is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, availability, and non infringement.

We do not guarantee that workouts will be suitable for your specific health condition, training level, goals, equipment, or environment.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
