Terms and Conditions of CoachSLY

Effective Date: 14 October 2026 Welcome to CoachSLY. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CoachSLY website, mobile application, services, content, features, subscriptions, communications, and related products. By accessing or using CoachSLY, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website, app, or services.

1. ABOUT COACHSLY

CoachSLY is operated by Raphael Mushailov, operating as RCMedia. CoachSLY is an AI-powered CrossFit and functional-fitness training platform designed to provide structured, scalable, progression-based workouts for athletes training on their own. The service may generate personalized training sessions based on user inputs such as fitness level, equipment, workout focus, workout duration, workout history, personal records, training routine, limitations, constraints, preferences, and workout feedback. CoachSLY is built to help users reduce guesswork, train with more structure, and stay consistent. CoachSLY is not a replacement for a doctor, licensed medical professional, physical therapist, personal trainer, coach, or emergency service.

2. HEALTH AND FITNESS DISCLAIMER

You understand and agree that physical exercise involves risk. This includes, but is not limited to, muscle soreness, strains, sprains, falls, overtraining, aggravation of existing conditions, injury, or, in rare cases, serious medical events. Before starting any workout program, using CoachSLY, or following any workout generated by the service, you should consult a qualified medical professional, especially if you have any medical condition, injury, pain, physical limitation, heart condition, pregnancy, recent surgery, or any concern about your ability to exercise safely. CoachSLY does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation plans, physical therapy, or injury-specific medical guidance. Any workout, recommendation, substitution, progression, scaling option, load recommendation, or adjustment generated by CoachSLY is provided for general fitness and informational purposes only. You are responsible for listening to your body, scaling exercises appropriately, stopping immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest pain, or abnormal discomfort, and seeking medical assistance when needed.

3. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

CoachSLY uses artificial intelligence to generate workout programming, training suggestions, motivational text, adjustments, notes, scaling guidance, and related fitness content. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, suitable, safe, or appropriate for your personal condition, ability, equipment, environment, or goals. You agree to review every workout carefully before performing it. You are responsible for deciding whether a workout, movement, load, intensity, time target, scaling option, or progression is appropriate for you. If something feels unsafe, unclear, too advanced, or unsuitable, do not perform it.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITY

By using CoachSLY, you agree that you are responsible for:
  • Providing accurate information about your fitness level, equipment, limitations, injuries, personal records, training preferences, routine, and workout feedback.
  • Using proper form and technique during training.
  • Choosing safe weights, scaling options, movements, and intensity levels.
  • Training in a safe environment with appropriate space and equipment.
  • Inspecting equipment before use and following applicable equipment safety instructions.
  • Stopping exercise if you feel pain, dizziness, abnormal shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.
  • Seeking professional medical, fitness, or coaching guidance when needed.
CoachSLY is designed to support training decisions, not to make final safety decisions for you.

5. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country, to use CoachSLY without supervision. If applicable law allows use by a minor, that use must be with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. CoachSLY may restrict access where required by law, platform rules, age requirements, or safety considerations.

6. ACCOUNTS AND LOGIN

Some features of CoachSLY require you to create an account or sign in. CoachSLY may support authentication methods including:
  • email address and password
  • Google Sign-In
  • Sign in with Apple
  • Firebase Authentication or related authentication services
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account where caused by your actions or failure to protect your credentials. You must not attempt to access another user’s account or interfere with another user’s authentication or data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the service, attempt to abuse free or paid features, interfere with the app, or engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity.

7. FREE AND PRO FEATURES

CoachSLY may offer both free and paid features. Free access may include limited workout generation, limited workout adjustments, advertising, or restricted access to advanced functionality. CoachSLY Pro may include additional features such as increased workout-generation limits, unlimited or increased workout adjustments, an ad-free experience, advanced constraints, training routine features, progress features, personal-record-based load guidance, deeper training history, or other premium functionality. The exact features, limits, benefits, and pricing available to you are displayed in the app, applicable app store, subscription page, or purchase interface. Feature availability may change over time as CoachSLY evolves.

8. COACHSLY PRO SUBSCRIPTIONS, PAYMENTS, AND BILLING

CoachSLY Pro is offered as a monthly auto-renewing subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The subscription price and currency applicable to you are displayed by the applicable store before you confirm your purchase. Payment is charged to your applicable Apple App Store or Google Play account. Your CoachSLY Pro subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled according to the rules and deadlines of the applicable store. You are responsible for managing or cancelling your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play account or subscription settings associated with the purchase. Deleting the CoachSLY app does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Deleting your CoachSLY account also does not automatically cancel a CoachSLY Pro subscription purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. You must separately manage or cancel the subscription through the store where it was purchased. Refund eligibility and refund requests are governed by the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play policies and by applicable law. CoachSLY does not independently process Apple App Store or Google Play subscription payments outside those platforms. CoachSLY may from time to time make promotional offers available through supported stores. Eligibility, duration, pricing, renewal terms, and other conditions for such offers will be shown in the applicable store or purchase interface before purchase.

9. WORKOUT CREDITS AND USAGE LIMITS

CoachSLY may apply workout-generation limits, adjustment limits, usage limits, monthly credits, or similar restrictions to free or paid plans. Limits may differ between CoachSLY Free and CoachSLY Pro. The current limits applicable to your use of CoachSLY are determined by the version of CoachSLY, your plan, subscription status, and the terms displayed in the app or purchase interface. Where usage limits reset periodically, unused usage may not carry over unless specifically stated. CoachSLY may modify future plan limits, usage rules, or feature availability. Changes will be communicated through the app, website, store listing, purchase interface, or other appropriate means where required.

10. ADS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The free version of CoachSLY may display advertisements. Ads may be provided by third-party advertising networks, including Google Mobile Ads / Google AdMob or similar services. Where required, advertising-related consent or privacy choices may be requested before advertising technologies are used. CoachSLY may also use third-party providers for:
  • authentication
  • cloud storage and databases
  • analytics and diagnostics
  • advertising and consent management
  • payments and subscription management
  • artificial-intelligence processing
  • email delivery and communications
  • hosting and infrastructure
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

11. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT

CoachSLY may offer you the option to receive training tips, product updates, special offers, and other optional marketing communications by email. Marketing consent is optional and requires an explicit opt-in where offered. Creating an account, signing in, purchasing CoachSLY Pro, accepting advertising consent, completing a workout, or using CoachSLY does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications. CoachSLY may use Brevo or another email-delivery service provider to manage and deliver optional marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism included in those emails. Unsubscribing from optional marketing communications does not cancel your CoachSLY account, CoachSLY Pro subscription, or access to the app. Marketing unsubscribe choices are separate from necessary account, authentication, security, billing, support, subscription, or other service-related communications. CoachSLY may retain a limited suppression record after you unsubscribe so that your unsubscribe choice can continue to be respected and marketing is not automatically re-enabled for that email address.

12. PRIVACY AND ACCOUNT DELETION

Your privacy matters. CoachSLY may collect and process information necessary to provide, personalize, secure, maintain, and improve the service, including account information, workout preferences, workout history, personal-record information, progress information, app usage information, subscription status, feedback, consent choices, and other information described in our Privacy Policy. Our collection, use, storage, processing, and sharing of personal information is described in the CoachSLY Privacy Policy: https://www.coachsly.com/privacy-policy/ You can delete your CoachSLY account directly inside the app from: My Profile → Delete Account You may also find account-deletion information at: https://www.coachsly.com/delete-account/ Account deletion removes your authentication account and associated account-linked CoachSLY data where technically possible. Some limited information may be retained where required or permitted for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, accounting, compliance, dispute-resolution, or similar purposes. A limited marketing suppression record may also be retained where necessary to honor a previous marketing unsubscribe request and prevent unintended future marketing.

13. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:
  • Use CoachSLY for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, damage, or interfere with the service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to CoachSLY systems, accounts, data, APIs, infrastructure, or third-party services.
  • Copy, resell, scrape, reproduce, or redistribute CoachSLY content without permission.
  • Use the service to generate harmful, unsafe, illegal, or abusive content.
  • Misrepresent your identity, account status, payment status, eligibility, or subscription status.
  • Attempt to bypass subscriptions, ads, usage limits, generation limits, adjustment limits, entitlements, or access controls.
  • Use automated means to abuse, overload, scrape, or interfere with CoachSLY or its services.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

CoachSLY, including its name, branding, design, text, app structure, workout format, visual identity, software, features, logic, and original content, is owned by Raphael Mushailov, operating as RCMedia, or the applicable licensors. You may use CoachSLY for your personal fitness use only, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, sell, license, distribute, republish, reverse engineer, or create competing products based on protected CoachSLY software, branding, or proprietary materials except where expressly permitted by applicable law or written permission.

15. USER CONTENT AND FEEDBACK

You may provide information, notes, ratings, workout feedback, limitations, equipment details, personal records, routine information, preferences, and other inputs to CoachSLY. You retain any rights you hold in information or content you provide. You grant CoachSLY permission to process and use this information as reasonably necessary to provide, personalize, operate, secure, support, and improve the service, subject to the CoachSLY Privacy Policy and applicable law. If you voluntarily submit suggestions, ideas, feature requests, or other product feedback, you agree that CoachSLY may use that feedback without compensation or obligation to you, subject to applicable law.

16. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

CoachSLY is designed to support consistency, structure, progression, and better-informed training decisions. Results vary from person to person. We do not guarantee:
  • weight loss
  • muscle gain
  • strength improvement
  • fitness improvement
  • performance improvement
  • personal-record improvement
  • injury prevention
  • competition results
  • any specific physical, athletic, or health outcome

17. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep CoachSLY available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available service. The service may be affected by:
  • maintenance
  • technical issues
  • internet or network problems
  • third-party outages
  • Firebase or cloud-service outages
  • AI-provider availability or limits
  • app-store issues
  • payment or subscription-provider issues
  • advertising-provider issues
  • other circumstances outside our reasonable control

18. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE

CoachSLY may update, modify, add, remove, improve, or discontinue features over time. This may include changes to workout generation, progression features, CoachSLY Pro features, pricing, usage limits, ads, design, integrations, AI models, training methodology, or other service functionality. Where required by applicable law or platform rules, material changes will be communicated appropriately. Pricing, plan features, and service functionality may change prospectively where permitted by law. Subscription price changes remain subject to the applicable store’s notice, consent, and other requirements. Changes will not retroactively alter the price or access terms for a subscription period that you have already paid for, except where required by law or the applicable store.

19. DISCLAIMERS

CoachSLY is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, availability, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that every workout, recommendation, progression, load, scaling option, or AI-generated result will be suitable for your specific health condition, training level, goals, equipment, environment, or circumstances. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, warranties, remedies, or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Raphael Mushailov, operating as RCMedia, and the applicable contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on CoachSLY. This may include, where permitted by law:
  • injuries arising from exercise or misuse of workout guidance
  • loss of data
  • loss of profits
  • interruption of training
  • subscription or billing issues
  • service outages
  • app errors
  • AI-output errors
  • reliance on a workout or recommendation generated by CoachSLY
Your use of CoachSLY and participation in any workout generated or presented by the service is at your own risk, subject to any rights and protections that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

21. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Raphael Mushailov, operating as RCMedia, and the applicable contractors, service providers, and licensors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
  • your misuse of CoachSLY
  • your violation of these Terms
  • your unlawful use of the service
  • your infringement of another person’s rights
This section does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer-protection law or other mandatory law.

22. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to CoachSLY where reasonably necessary because you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create risk for other users, interfere with CoachSLY systems or services, attempt fraud or abuse, engage in unlawful conduct, create a security risk, or where suspension or termination is required by law. You may stop using CoachSLY at any time. You may delete your account from My Profile → Delete Account. If you have a paid subscription, cancellation must generally be managed separately through the platform where you purchased it. Deleting your CoachSLY account or deleting the app does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.

23. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or CoachSLY will be subject to the competent courts in Haifa, Israel. This governing-law and jurisdiction provision is subject to any mandatory consumer rights, jurisdictional protections, or other legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

24. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time and prospectively. When we make changes, we may update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate or legally required, provide additional notice through the app, website, email, store listing, or other appropriate means. If applicable law requires your consent to a material change, that change will apply only after the required consent is obtained. Otherwise, your continued use of CoachSLY after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different form of consent.
