CoachSly Account Deletion
If you would like to delete your CoachSly account and associated data, please send a request to coacshsly@gmail.com with the subject line Delete My CoachSly Account.
Please include the email address associated with your CoachSly account in your request so we can identify and process it correctly.
How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your CoachSly account and associated data:
- Send an email to contact@CoachSly.com
- Use the subject line Delete My CoachSly Account
- Include the email address connected to your CoachSly account
What will be deleted
When your deletion request is processed, we will delete your CoachSly account and associated data, including:
Your account profile and sign in association
Saved workout preferences
Workout history
Personal records and user entered fitness information stored with your account
What may be retained
We may retain limited information when necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or enforcement of our legal rights. Any retained data will be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary or legally required.
Processing time
Deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days after verification.
